Carter Plantation is a residential, resort and golf community set on 700 acres along the Blood River, near the historic town of Springfield in Livingston Parish.

Carter Plantation features a spectacular golf course, the first designed by PGA Champion and Louisiana native David Toms. Complementing the dynamic Toms’ course is a 30,000 square foot dining, meeting, event and banquet center called The Pavilion. The golf course and Plantation Dining room are open to the public. Across the street from The Pavilion are a 1,500 square foot swimming pool, located along the back side of holes No. 9 and 10, and the Magnolia Ballroom and Conference Center – a 14,000 square foot event center, complete with a grand ballroom, board room, and an exquisite court yard.

Community Dues

It all starts with creating your account.

To pay your Carter Plantation Community Association dues, we suggest that you set up your own account at www.nexbillpay.net/carterplantation or click the button below to be directed to NEXBILLPAY to create an account and pay your dues online. With your NEXBILLPAY account you can do the following:

  • View your bill information online

  • Pay your water and sewer bills

  • Receive reminders about payment deadlines

  • Receive alerts about the water/sewer system and known issues affecting the water/sewer

    • service interruptions

    • boil water advisories

There is no charge to set up an account even if you choose another method to pay.

For customers who want to continue paying their bill without a convenience fee you can either pay by mailing a check with the billing stub from your bill card or set up online bill payment through your bank’s website.

For customers who wish to continue paying by autopay, please set up your account with NEXBILLPAY. There is a $2.00 charge per transaction drafting on the 20th of each month.

To pay using a credit or debit card regularly or occasionally, please create your account then follow the instructions. You can create a text-to-pay account also!! A $2.95 fee will apply. Customers can call the automated pay system at 888-612-7591. The office will no longer take your payment, so please create an account and/or call the automated pay system
