Community Pool
Our community pool is probably the one benefit current property owners enjoy the most. We strive to keep the pool clean, operational and safe for our residents and their guests. Property owners may also host parties at the pool. The community pool is "swim at your own risk". Pool rules are strictly enforced. Pool guests are the responsibility of the inviting property owner. Finally, you must be in good standing with the CPCA in order to use the community pool.
