Carter Plantation Community Development District

- Five member board appointed by Livingston Parish Council
-  Manages water, sewerage, streets and signage for Carter Plantation
-  Obtains operating funds via Carter Plantation property tax assessments, water & sewer bills
- District Board of Supervisors meetings are open to the public. Meeting notices are required to be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
