CPCA Board Members
Board member terms are for three years. Elections for open positions are held at the annual meeting each year. Board meetings are held at the Club House on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
CPCA Responsibilities
- Assess dues and enforce the Protective Covenants & Restrictions
- Oversee the Architectural Review Board
- Community security
- Grounds maintenance and beautification
- Management of community pool
- Management of community gym
